We increase foot traffic in order to drastically improve our clients' incremental sales. We accomplish this without compromising the integrity of our clients' reputation and with no front end or back end cost to them. We design, develop, and market aggressive promotional ad campaigns in the form of print media. We target the consumer using a unique, professional one on one presentation in order to maximize the amount of business we generate for our clients.

We are heading into the future full steam ahead with the goal of opening more offices throughout the country and even internationally. We believe that good business depends upon people of varying backgrounds, resources, and skills. Every person in our organization starts off at the same position regardless of degrees or experience. Our philosophy is "If you haven't done it, you can't reach it." Associates are promoted through our program based on three factors: work ethic, ability to manage people and clients, and aptitude for learning. All of these factors are controlled by the person. There is no seniority, politics, or hierarchy. We have a very cohesive team environment that we take great pride in.

Many companies are adversely affected by the economy. Bay, however, has never had a quarter where we haven't grown nor have we ever been forced into layoffs. When the economy is slow our clients are looking for a successful but also cost-effective advertising approach that will immediately guarantee new customers. When the economy is booming our clients are expanding on a national scale. As our client base expands, the need for new managers becomes necessary. Therefore, we are looking for individuals who posses the capability to manage clients as well as individuals on a one-on-one basis.
