Lead project teams to accomplish task assignments related to schematic design and PS&E for roadway and highway projects in accordance with federal, state, and local requirements. Act as the Project Manager and Project Engineer, overseeing all operations related to transportation projects. Develop, manage, and monitor project activities, including scope, budget, and schedu
