Quality Documentation Specialist

Partner with the best

As a Quality Documentation Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Reviewing customer Inspection Test Plan (ITP) requirements and adding them to the valve assembly routers as needed.
  • Capturing material heat numbers on valve travelers for valves or parts, gathering all the Certified Material Test Reports (CMTRs) on an internal portal, or requesting them from our suppliers.
  • Compiling the final documentation package and submitting it to the customer.
  • Supporting internal assembly and quality teams with all documentation needs.
  • Working directly with customers daily to provide the needed documentation.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have 3+ years' experience in administrative roles.
  • Be able to work in an office and a shop environment.
  • Be detailed oriented to work with contractual requirements.
