Acara Solutions has an opening for a Trainer for Alstom Transportation in Newark, NJ.

PURPOSE OF POSITION
Ensuring that the organization is equipped with a workforce that can continue to operate and maintain the AirTrain. The Trainer is responsible for developing the skills of the employees.
MAIN TASKS
- Teaching a variety of technical, safety and administrative training classes through classroom lecture, practical demonstration, and individual lessons.
- Prepare lesson plans for each training class.
- Prepare learning material for classes by reviewing content to ensure information is current.
- Update material as required.
- Prepare and conduct New Hire Introductory Training.
- Develop new skills in employees by utilizing shift blueprints and employee development plans.
- Research new teaching methods. Attend education conferences.
Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
- Exceptional Verbal and Written communication skills.
- Excellent Time Management and Organizational abilities.
- Extraordinary Public Speaking and Presentation Skills.
- Expert in MS Office and E-Learning software.
- Flexibility is a MUST.
Preferred Skills:
- Technical experience preferred
