The Role:

Worley is transforming its Procure to Pay end-to-end global processes as part of the implementation of its vision, and strategy to meet its ambition of delivering sustainable change.

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Global Process Specialist for the Procure to Pay Process (P2P) with a remit and responsibility for the Requisition to Receipt aspect of the process. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in collaborating with and supporting the Global Process Owner and Global Process Manager to drive the transformation vision and strategy of Worley's Global Process Framework in the Procure to Pay end-to-end global processes.

The role will actively contribute to process design, fuelling optimization, enhancing performance, and ensuring compliance across all geographic regions, functions, and business units. You will harness the organization's delivery capability to realize Worley's strategic goals and aspirations, thereby shaping the future of our P2P operations.

Responsibilities:

Process Strategy

* Assist Global Process Managers (GPMs) to implement the vision and strategic objectives of Requisition to Receipt end to end (E2E) process.

Process Design

* Support the GPM in defining global process taxonomy and design, including controls

* Accountable for documenting and maintaining global process blueprints, procedures, including local exceptions and changes

* Support the Global Process Owners (GPO) and GPMs to ensure alignment between process are adjacent functions and processes globally

Process oversight

* Responsible for measuring, monitoring and analysis of process compliance and performance for Requisition to Receipt.

* Supports Global Process Manager (GPM) with consolidating and reporting overall Requisition to Receipt performance to Global Process Owner (GPO).

* Support GPM with performance review for Requisition to Receipt on periodical basis and to recommend gaps, issues, and process improvement opportunities to GPO.

* Supports GPM with process audit coordination and outcomes

Transformation

* Support GPO governance to review projects status, prioritise and approve new projects, Track in flight projects for E2E process improvement.

About You:

You'll bring significant specific, process experience, ideally within large-scale multinational, complex, matrix organisation. A background with exposure to process improvement, change management, Agile Methodology, Six Sigma, Lean, Innovation Methodology, Design Thinking. A burgeoning knowledge of technical and systems architecture incl. sound understanding of ERP systems and Procure to Pay suites.

A dedication to customer satisfaction with good relationship building and stakeholder engagement skills. An enthusiastic team player, who possess strong problem-solving, critical-thinking and business acumen skills to address complex process challenges. Willingness to learn, develop or adapt to thinking strategically to identify long-term opportunities for process optimization and value creation.

Qualifications - Procurement, Supply Chain Management or Finance degree or higher-level business qualification/s in Business Administration, Accounting, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, or relevant functional area
