We are seeking a highly motivated Process Engineer to join our team in Houston. You will work closely with a team of experts working alongside our customers on some of North America's most significant projects.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Work on feasibility and conceptual design for clean fuel production plants like hydrogen, ammonia, methanol, and sustainable aviation fuel
  • Carry out flowsheet calculations (mass & energy balance) for clean fuels
  • Prepare process flow diagrams, data sheets, P&IDs
  • Perform safety assessment (HAZID/HAZOP)
  • Be involved in the early stage of clean fuel project development like plant siting, feedstock sourcing, and logistic studies.
  • Process equipment sizing and class IV and V cost estimation of chemical plants
  • Review of FEED and EPC documents
  • Prepare technical study reports

On top of that, you will have:

  • B.Sc or M.Sc. in Engineering (Energy/Process/Chemical) preferably combined with experience in electrolyzers, hydrogen or clean fuels technologies or oil and gas industry and minimum 8 years of experience from EPC companies as a process engineer
  • Experience in Aspen Hysys or similar software is favorable
  • Knowledge in chemical engineering and processing, and chemical synthesis plants (hydrogen, methanol, and ammonia) offers a leg up
  • Understanding of Pyrolysis, gasification or similar processes is an asset
