For more information about Solenis, please visit www.solenis.com.Description:As a Senior Key Account Manager, your initial focus will be on managing a portfolio of accounts across the Southeast Region of Texas. During this time, you will also be overseeing the integration of a new startup facility based in Waco, Texas, which will eventually become your primary account and customer. This transitional period will span approximately six months, during which you will gradually shift your attention towards the Waco facility as it progresses towards full operational capacity.- Your primary responsibility will be to create value for the assigned customer(s) through the technical service you provide.
- You will also assist in identifying new product opportunities and selling to existing customers.
- Additionally, you may be asked to coach indirect reports to manage business, customer relationships and business goals.
- Bachelor's Degree (Science or other technical degree). Would consider experience in lieu of a technical degree 7+ years of industry experience (pulp and paper or water treatment preferred)
- Documented results solving complex and non-routine technical problems
- Project management of complex projects
- Strong relationship management skills
- Experience learning new concepts and/or technology and applying them
- Ability to work with autonomy and direct/coach indirect reports
- Documented results using a consultive sales process
- Must live within 1 hour of Waco, TX
