The Lead Corporate Cash Flow & Restructuring Analyst, is a key analyst role responsible as part of the Baker Corporate financial planning and analysis team covering cash flow analytics in Baker Hughes. The Lead Cash Flow Analyst is responsible for providing financial planning, analysis and reporting for Corporate, a business, or a P&L within a business. The role also has responsibilities covering Investing and Financing Cash Flows and Company restructuring activities.

As the Lead Cash Flow Analyst, will have the following responsibilities for the overall Baker Hughes company:

  • Leading the cash flow forecasting, including various monthly, quarterly, and annual planning sessions for the Baker Corporate segment.
  • Analysing and reporting a business' operating-activities, investing-activities and financing activities for the purpose of establishing the overall change in cash-flow for a defined period.
  • Supporting the Baker Hughes restructuring activities from covering forecasting of key restructuring projects, quarter close analytics and monitoring of both costs and cash flows.
  • Performing financial analysis supporting the earnings process and provide narrative on key cash flow dynamics and KPI's.
  • Delivering process and reporting simplifications and automation.
  • Projects support such as driving planning improvements as part of the finance systems transformation.
  • General: support and inclusiveness with a wide range of stakeholders; liaising with all product companies and support junior members of the team.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with proven experience in Finance).
  • 2+ years of Finance/FP&A experience/Finance Systems experience.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Effective interpersonal and leadership skills.

  • Extensive financial analytical skills, to drive insight and solve problems quickly, and attention to details/accuracy
  • Cash flow experience
  • Ability to coordinate across multiple priorities with proven organizational skills
