Key Responsibilities of the (REMPROC) Regional Manager role:

• Lead the end-to-end Real Estate responsibilities including managing properties, transactions, tenant relations and key real estate projects
• Lead the procurement including manage sourcing, supplier relationships, cost control, risk mitigation, and strategic planning
• Lead a team of real estate and procurement experts
• Ensure customer satisfaction, quality service delivery and improvement initiatives
• Align with DNV's Purpose, Vision, Values, and Management System
• Manages projects independently and skilled at adapting and resolving constraints
