The TRACE/RECORD MGMT INSPECTOR is responsible for auditing Device History Records for completeness prior to release of product, creating certificates to allow for receipt of product in various markets, indexing and storage of quality records, retrieving records upon request, coordinating with other departments to have any documentation errors corrected, and working with the Traceability team and management to provide inputs and feedback on key performance indicators as part of business process monitoring.

The ideal team member highly focused and meticulous. You should understand the record management cycle and the importance of maintaining accurate records. Being familiar with the medical device industry and working with procedures and policies would be a plus. Being self-motivated and being able to work with minimal supervision will be critical to your success here. We will be relying on your excellent Microsoft office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) and your ability to work under pressure. Most important is your ability to work with Excel efficiently, create, formulate, edit, and save.


Minimum Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Working experience with MRP systems such as QAD

  • Proficient in MS office

Additional Information:

  • Location: Clear Lake, TX

  • Schedule: M-F, 8:00a - 5:00p onsite

  • Pay: $22/hr - $25/hr
