Your Role: Connecting exceptional talent with opportunity

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and success through coordinating effective recruitment and talent acquisition strategies and processes. Your meticulous coordination skills will be essential in ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process. From collaborating with Talent Acquisition Team to understand talent needs and screening resumes, you will be the catalyst that supports securing exceptional candidates into the organization.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Team to simplify and streamline talent processes, including job posting, resume sourcing, and candidate screenings and coordination.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, such as social media and job advertising, to attract both active and passive candidates.
  • Register and attend university career fairs and events.
  • Coordinate and draft electronic offers of employment.
  • Assist with onboarding & orientation and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future opportunities.
  • Support Webber's Internship Program in recruitment, coordination, and logistical activities.
  • Order and maintain company inventory of branded products.
  • Other unlisted duties may be assigned.

Who You Are: A Profile of Success

  • A bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Workday knowledge a plus.
  • An excellent communicator with strong people skills.
  • Experienced in event planning, coordination, and logistics.
  • A problem-solver with a flair for critical thinking and resourcefulness.
  • Capable of building effective relationships across all organizational levels.
