Description

We are hiring a Regional Healthcare Manager! You are considered the healthcare business and clinical expert within a defined region and are accountable for key wins in the healthcare vertical to achieve revenue goals through our distribution network. You will stay abreast on healthcare trends and issues and identify opportunities to apply our research and insights for both administrative and clinical spaces. You will develop deep business relationships with dealers, healthcare clients and key influencers to secure product specifications and close profitable sales. You will be based in the Houston area, covering an assigned larger geographic region.


What You Will Be Doing:

1. Ownership of 3-5 large Healthcare account relationships in the region

2. Driving clinical sales for the geography, within and outside of owned accounts

3. Overall Business Development for the Healthcare vertical; seeking ways to grow business inside existing accounts and targeting competitive business

A critical component of this role is managing through distribution and longer, complex selling cycles. You will act as designated design, technical or clinical product expert as needed, and act as a coach/mentor for other team members and dealer sales professionals to ensure market/account plans are executed and business is secured.

Preferred Skills and Competencies

The ideal candidate will have a consultative sales or design background in Healthcare and/or Interiors and a Bachelor's degree.

In lieu of industry specific experience, will consider candidates who have a background in value-based or solution-based selling and demonstrate the necessary skills to achieve success.

  • Desire and track record of solving complex business problems
  • Broad understanding of healthcare market and navigating decision makers within hospital systems
  • Current knowledge of the processes and key issues common to all businesses with emphasis on healthcare facilities
  • Expert interpersonal skills and proven ability to develop and cultivate strong relationships.
  • Self-motivated, self-directed and willing to accept responsibility for results
  • Sets high goals and standards for self and others in the organization
  • Self-starter; committed to excellence: accuracy in work and attention to detail
  • Strong team leadership skills; necessary for coordination of large projects using a multi-disciplined team approach
