- Conduct engaging presentations to educate key decision makers about the benefits of MS Polymer based products.
- Develop a training module that provides educational credits for architects and specifiers.
- Make products and application recommendations to contribute to "air tightness" and "energy efficiency" in the building envelope design. This includes adhesives and sealants as well as liquid applied air barrier.
- Promote the benefits of MS Polymer technology among the different groups to highlight the environmental attributes of very low VOC and no isocyanates. Also, advertise the advantages vs other materials like silicone and polyurethane.
- Identify key influencers that select / specify materials in the value chain. For example: Architectural firms, professional organizations like: AIA, IIBEC, SWRI, etc.
- Develop relationships with key Contractor supply warehouses / Distribution centers and advertise MS Polymer technology.
- Develop relationships with key big contractors / subcontractors when the material to be used is decided by them.
- Create promotional material and incentives for "end-users" to choose brands containing MS Polymer.
- Through the collaboration with MS customers (formulators) identify opportunities to recognize contractors that are loyal to the use of MS Polymer based products.
- Create application success stories as a business case. Collaborating with brand owner, building owner, contractor, etc.
- Attend and promote MS technology at industry trade shows and conferences.
- Work together with consultants to create and publish relevant material in magazines and other online websites.
- Maintain dialog with influencers and key decisions makers through MS Polymer social media. LinkedIn, website, etc.
- Work closely with the Vice President to develop an annual plan to reach out influential groups and how to measure success.
- Share and provide insight on markets, applications, and market intelligence.
- Complete monthly reports based on customer activities and market feedback.

Education
Bachelors of Architecture (required)
Experience
1 years: Technical experience/background with silyl-modified, silicone, or polyurethane finished products, or similar technologies applied in construction and building. (preferred)
