Job Description

We have an outstanding Contract position for a Customer Service Representative to join a leading Company located in the Houston, TX surrounding area.

Act as customer service interface to internal employees and external customers and perform all service-related activities (Sales Orders, RMAs, warranty, center set-up, contracts, and consignment procedures).

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide responsive and reliable customer service and technical support. Provide liaison support between customers. Coordinate with other departments.
  • Perform the returned materials process, including initiation, receipt, expediting, and closing RMAs.
  • Use of Data Works system for sales orders, shipments, field service contacts, RMAs, warranty and report generation.
  • Receive product orders and process to shipment.
  • Provide international customer service at times, and in such event, work a flexible schedule.
  • Build Quality into all aspects of their work by maintaining compliance to all quality requirements.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned, including special projects.

Basic Hiring Criteria:
  • High School or equivalent and 0-1 years of experience.
