Design Lead Specialist

Job Description
OverviewThe primary goal of our Specialist Team Unit (STU) in the South Region is to drive revenue for Microsoft's Enterprise Commercial Sales organization. Our South Region team is looking to hire a Design Lead Specialist to activate and scale key envisioning and design components of the Microsoft Customer Engagement Methodology (MCEM) in Enterprise Commercial Sales. In this role, you will collaborate with our Specialist Team Unit (STU) and our Account Team Unit (ATU) during early conversations with select customers to synthesize alignment discussions with regard to strategy and business intentions and then lead the design and creation of a variety of critical assets, including demonstrations, storytelling, future state solution concepts, videos and more.
