JOB SUMMARY

As a Project Manager in our Data & Analytics team, you will have the opportunity to work on challenging and innovative projects that drive business transformation for our business. We are looking for a dynamic and driven individual who can bring their expertise in both project management and Data Analytics to the table. You will be responsible for overseeing the successful planning, execution, and delivery of Data & Analytics projects. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders, to ensure project milestones are achieved on time and within budget.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Support Product Delivery Lead in managing end-to-end AI/ML projects, from initiation to completion.
  • Document project scope, goals, and deliverables, and create detailed project plans.
  • Collaborate with Product Owner to document project requirements and develop project timelines.
  • Allocate resources effectively and ensure project teams are working efficiently.
  • Host Scum/Project planning meetings with team to track progress, identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Monitor project progress, track key metrics, and report on project status to stakeholders.
  • Manage project budgets and resources to ensure financial objectives are met.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to project team members on Project Management practices.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This position may have direct reports depending on the project and organizational structure.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager / Scrum Master in the AI/ML industry.
  • Strong knowledge of AI/ML concepts, technologies, and methodologies.
  • Experience managing projects involving AI/ML development, deployment, and integration.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Experience with project management tools and software.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Experience working in an agile development environment is a plus.
  • Project management certification (Agile, etc.) is a plus.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

The physical requirements described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. While performing the duties of the job, the associate is required daily to analyze and interpret data, communicate, and remain in a stationary position for a significant amount of the workday; and frequently access, input, and retrieve information from the computer and other office productivity devices. The associate is regularly required to move about the office and around the corporate campus. The associate is occasionally required to travel to other sites, including out-of-state, where applicable, for business. The associate must frequently move up to 10 pounds and occasionally move up to 25 pounds.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an associate encounter while performing the essential functions of this job. While the job is generally performed in an office environment, the associate is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, areas in which moving mechanical parts, fumes, toxic or caustic chemicals are present, and outside weather conditions. The noise level in the office environment is typically quiet, but the associate may be occasionally exposed to loud noise levels.

TRAVEL REQUIRED

Minimal travel is required for this position (up to 20% of the time and on a domestic basis).
